As an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Xperteez Technology, your role involves driving large-ticket enterprise sales across key geographies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and account mapping to negotiations and closures. Working closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders, you will develop solution-led sales strategies and close high-value enterprise deals across industries such as IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and execute enterprise sales and revenue acquisition strategies for B2B clients - Drive sales across various sectors including IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Education - Understand organizational hierarchies, decision-making processes, and client challenges - Lead initiatives to convert target accounts into long-term customers - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure - Build and manage relationships with CXOs, senior leadership, and key influencers - Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Operations, etc.) to close deals efficiently - Map enterprise accounts, contracts, and requirements within assigned geography - Track market trends, competitor performance, and order losses - Conduct thorough due diligence before client interactions - Provide feedback on solution positioning based on market demand - Build and execute a structured solution-selling approach - Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates - Share regular insights on opportunities, challenges, and performance - Lead pricing, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations - Ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) **Experience:** - 4+ years of enterprise sales experience - Proven success in closing large ticket-size deals (25 Lakhs and above) - Prior experience in Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Networking/Telecom, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise offerings is highly preferred If you are looking for a role where you can take ownership of enterprise accounts, engage in high-value deal closures, and work in a performance-driven, growth-oriented environment, apply now or share your profile to be part of Xperteez Technology.
