Enterprise Architect

As an experienced and forward-thinking Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading our technology vision by aligning IT strategies with business goals across the value chain. Your strong background in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and integrations will be key in driving innovation and scalability within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture strategy that is in line with the organization's business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating technology roadmaps and architecture blueprints to support digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will establish architecture principles, standards, and guidelines across different business segments. Leading the design and evaluation of technical solutions that integrate disparate systems, applications, and processes will be a critical aspect of your role. You will collaborate with solution architects and IT teams to build and refine integrated platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. Ensuring integration, interoperability, and scalability of key systems such as ERP, SCM, and CRM will be vital, while maintaining consistency with architecture standards. Your engagement with business leaders, IT management, and external vendors will ensure alignment between technology investments and business strategy. Acting as a technical advisor during strategic planning sessions and architecture reviews will enable you to define and implement governance processes and frameworks for ongoing architecture optimization and security. Staying current on emerging technologies and trends will be essential as you lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot projects to evaluate new technology solutions. Your recommendations for enhancements to existing systems and the adoption of innovative tools will focus on improving agility and performance within the organization. Creating comprehensive documentation, providing clear and concise presentations to stakeholders, and mentoring teams in best practices for architecture design, cloud adoption, and system integration will be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering, 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution designing, experience in or supporting manufacturing sector IT environments, and expertise in integration strategy leveraging middleware and API platforms. Additionally, hands-on understanding of modern programming technologies, experience in digital transformation projects, and strong communication skills are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing solutions in HR technology platforms, enterprise architecture certifications, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Soft skills such as strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lead architecture decisions across business and technical teams will be beneficial in this role.,
