Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmap. You will engage in discussions that shape the future of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Your role will require you to analyze current systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise. You will also mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to enterprise architecture frameworks and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and resilient systems. - Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
