What We’re Looking For:

• 12–20 years

  in IT consulting or manufacturing technology solutions.
• Proven

  hands-on experience

  with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics), MES, and IoT integrations.
• Strong

  development skills

  : custom modules, APIs, database management.
• Experience

  leading development teams

  and delivering end-to-end projects.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations: discrete, process, or hybrid.
• Excellent

  communication and client-facing skills
