Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Swish Club, you will play a crucial role in deepening relationships with startups and SMBs who are existing customers. Your focus will be on driving renewals, expansions, and upgrades within these accounts to ensure they derive maximum value from Swish Club's platform. Your success will be measured by account retention, expansion revenue, and customer satisfaction. ### Role Overview: - Own and grow a portfolio of startup & SMB accounts across India - Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities such as new devices, upgrades, accessories, and IT services - Partner closely with finance and IT decision-makers to help reduce capex, scale with flexibility, and maintain compliance - Build long-term strategic relationships with Founders, CFOs, and IT Heads - Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with credit, operations, and asset teams - Ensure consistent CRM hygiene (Hubspot) with accurate renewal timelines, expansions, and forecasts - Organize regular business reviews with clients, highlighting ROI and new solutions from Swish Club - Represent Swish Club at startup and SMB community events, reinforcing thought leadership in the DaaS space ### Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of B2B account management or customer success experience, ideally with startups or SMBs - Experience in leasing/financing, IT hardware, SaaS, or Fintech environments - Proficiency in nurturing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring renewals - Understanding of commercial terms such as GST, IRR, credit period, RV, etc., and ability to communicate effectively with CFOs - Process-driven and skilled in tools like Hubspot, Excel, and Notion - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment and balance strategic conversations with tactical execution Joining Swish Club offers you $1000 AI upskilling credits per year to enhance your productivity with AI.
