As an Enterprise Account Manager (Applications) reporting to the Director - Applications, your main responsibility will be sales across the region. You will focus on selling Oracle Applications (such as ERP, HCM, SCM, Transport Management, CRM Sales, Service Marketing, etc) to named Accounts. This role involves both hunting and farming tasks, including managing the business to exceed sales targets & KPIs, developing and executing a sales plan aligned with short- and long-term goals, and providing support to sales professionals at various stages of the sales cycle. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience in Software or Solution selling to end-users, with familiarity in SaaS being a plus. Experience in managing subscription new business sales and navigating complex sales cycles is highly valued. Candidates should be results-driven individuals with a proven ability to sell, project a positive and professional attitude, and uphold integrity and professionalism at all times. A track record of surpassing sales objectives and territory/account development is essential, and having a university degree (advanced degree is a plus) is preferred.
