The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and surgically treating disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The role requires expertise in both routine and complex ENT surgical procedures, patient management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Perform ENT surgeries such as: Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy Septoplasty, rhinoplasty Endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) Tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy Head and neck tumor excisions Tracheostomy and airway management surgeries Evaluate patients with ENT-related conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct outpatient consultations, diagnostic endoscopy, and pre-/post-operative care. Interpret diagnostic tests including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and nasal endoscopy findings. Collaborate with other specialists (audiologists, radiologists, oncologists, etc.) for multidisciplinary care. Manage emergency ENT cases, including trauma and airway obstruction. Maintain complete and accurate patient records as per institutional and legal requirements. Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and recovery processes. Participate in academic activities, clinical audits, and hospital quality assurance programs.
