Enrolment Consultant - Zoom-Based (Inbound Sales)

• As an Enrolment Consultant, youll meet these women on Zoom theyre not cold leads, theyre already interested.
• Youll listen to their story, answer their doubts, and guide them to take a strong, confident next step joining our 12-week natural healing program (30K+ fee).
• You are not here to pressure or pitch.
• You are here to understand, empower, and inspire action.

What Youll Be Doing : -

• Take 4 to 6 Zoom consultations/day with qualified leads (shared by FFP)
• Use our consultative sales system (fully trained by us)
• Ask questions that reveal whats holding her back
• Help her see whats possible emotionally and physically
• Close 1 to 2 women a day (33%+ conversion rate expected)
• Track calls and outcomes in simple CRM tools
• This is not cold calling.
• This is human-first, trust-based, video sales with real impact.

This Role Is For You If

Must-Have:

• 1 to 3 years in inbound sales or counseling
• Youre confident on Zoom video calls
• You speak English + Hindi fluently
• You have a quiet work from home setup + good internet
• Youre consistent and goal-focused

Great-to-Have:

• Sold services priced 25K+
• Worked in wellness or coaching space
• Know FFP / believe in natural healing
• Youve healed from PCOS / wellness issues yourself
• Youre on your own growth journey

Skills (Learned / Trainable) : -

• Experience with consultative or inbound sales (1 to 3 years)
• Comfortable with Zoom/video-based selling (4 to 6 calls/day)
• Structured conversation and objection-handling capability
• Basic CRM/data handling proficiency
• Clear, empathetic communicator (English + Hindi/regional)
• Mindset & Personality Apart from Interview any other way to judge this ?
• Coachable, open to training and regular feedback
• Emotionally grounded handles rejections well
• Committed to long-term career in sales
• Self-motivated, consistent daily performer in remote setup
• Connects well with women clients (empathy + conviction)

Background / Education : -

• 1 to 3 years in: wellness, edtech, coaching, inside sales, B2C counseling
• Graduate in any stream; psychology, commerce, or communication preferred
• Bonus if theyve gone through their own health/personal transformation
• Based in PUNE .
