Working Hours: 9 AM - 7 PM Salary: ( Based on Experience and Performance )

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual learning needs.

● Deliver engaging and effective online and offline English communication classes.

● Assess learner communication levels and design customized learning paths.

● Track learner progress and provide timely feedback.

● Guide learners in improving soft skills such as presentation, email writing, body language, interview preparation, and teamwork.

● Prepare relevant learning material and session plans.

● Support learners in improving pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency.

● Maintain training records and reports. Requirements

● Proven experience as an English Trainer / Communication Coach / Soft Skills Trainer. '

● Excellent command of spoken and written English.

● Ability to conduct engaging sessions both virtually and in-person.

● Strong interpersonal skills and learner-focused approach.

● Graduate in English / Communication / Education or relevant field (preferred). Nice to Have

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
