Location – Pune, Solapur, Akola – Work from Office

Job Shift – Day/ Night Shift - 5 Days a Week – Saturday & Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Soft Skills Training:

  Design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing core soft skills such as communication, leadership, time management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

• English Language Training:

  Conduct English language training sessions to improve both spoken and written communication, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, business writing, and presentation skills.

• Create Customized Programs:

  Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of employees, departments, and organizational goals.

• Assess and Track Progress:

  Evaluate participants’ progress through tests, feedback, and observations to ensure they are improving in both soft skills and English proficiency.

• Develop Training Materials:

  Prepare comprehensive training materials, presentations, and exercises that are engaging and easy to understand for all levels of learners.

• Conduct Workshops and Interactive Sessions:

  Facilitate interactive workshops, group discussions, and role-playing activities that enhance the participants' learning experience in both soft skills and English.

• Provide One-on-One Coaching:

  Offer personalized coaching and mentoring to employees needing additional support in improving their English language skills or soft skills.

• Promote a Positive Learning Environment:

  Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for learners to grow their skills and confidence.

• Ready to work in Night Shifts as well
