English Trainer

Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to students or professionals, helping them enhance their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills for academic, professional, or test preparation purposes (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.). Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and interactive English language training sessions in classroom or online settings. Develop and deliver lesson plans based on learners’ needs, curriculum standards, and language proficiency levels. Prepare students for English proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or spoken English programs. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages participation and progress. Evaluate and assess students through tests, assignments, and regular feedback sessions. Stay updated with current teaching methodologies, exam formats, and educational trends. Maintain student records and provide regular reports to management or academic heads. Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty development sessions. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an advantage. Proven experience as an English trainer or language instructor (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong command over spoken and written English.
