Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English Trainer to join our team at the Pune Lighthouse. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging English communication training sessions to youth, helping them enhance their employability, confidence, and readiness for the professional world.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive Spoken English sessions to youth at the Lighthouse.
• Conduct engaging classroom activities focused on communication and job readiness skills.
• Evaluate students through regular assessments and track their progress.
• Provide individual feedback, coaching, and mentorship to support learning goals.
• Report training updates and outcomes to the Master Trainer.
• Suggest creative ideas to enhance training content and delivery methods.
• Prepare and share training-related reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation (preferably in English communication).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and manage a class of 25–30 students effectively.
• Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about youth development.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
• Commitment to the empowerment of youth and community transformation.
