English Trainer

Role Overview:

Freshers can also apply. We are seeking a full time Spoken English Trainer to enhance our students' English communication skills, give training for IELTS & PTE courses. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver impactful training sessions, create tailored learning content, and evaluate participants’ progress. This role is crucial in preparing individuals for their higher studies and professional success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive and engaging sessions for spoken English, IELTS & PTE.
• Facilitate workshops focused on IELTS & PTE.
• Organize mock tests .
• Use innovative training methodologies to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.

2. Content Development:

• Develop, update, and customize training materials, presentations, and exercises based on participants’ needs.
• Align training content with industry standards and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with content writers and department heads (if applicable) to create impactful and relevant learning modules.

3. Assessment and Reporting:

• Monitor participants' progress using assessments, role plays, and other evaluation tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and improvement plans tailored to each participant’s needs.
• Prepare detailed training progress reports and share insights with management.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from participants to refine training approaches.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/ Hons. degree in English, communication, Education, Human Resources, or related field. Certifications in soft skills training are preferred.
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced but candidate must have command over Spoken English.
