Key Responsibilities:

- Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive English language and literature lessons for secondary school students (typically classes 6 to 10).

- Classroom Management: Create engaging and inclusive learning environments that promote student participation and motivation.

- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.

- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and ensure alignment with educational standards.

- Parent-Teacher Communication: Inform parents about student progress and involve them in their child's learning journey.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or equivalent teaching certification.

- Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English at the secondary school level.

- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Essential Skills:

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.

- Lesson Planning: Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
