English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong language skills, foster creativity, and cultivate a love for literature and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.
• Organize debates, elocution, and literary activities to enhance communication skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature or Education.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
