Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature. Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals. Organize debates, elocution, and literary activities to enhance communication skills. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative teaching strategies. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature or Education. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred. Strong command of spoken and written English. Prior teaching experience is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative and student-centered teaching approach.
