Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a solid understanding of grammar and writing mechanics, and a commitment to helping students develop their reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. Whether you're teaching young learners or adults, your goal is to foster a love of language and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, essay writing, and oral communication.
• Evaluate and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and participation.
• Provide timely feedback and individual support to students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents (if applicable), and administration.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred for some positions).
• Minimum [0-2] years of teaching experience (preferred, but not always required).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (for ESL positions).
• Experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or English as a foreign language (EFL).
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and needs.
