Responsibilities

• Teach English language and literature to students in Classes 8 to 12, following ICSE curriculum guidelines
• Design engaging and creative lesson plans to develop reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills
• Prepare students for board exams and internal assessments through focused instruction and evaluation
• Encourage critical thinking, literary appreciation, and effective communication among students
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, interactive learning environment
• Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic progress

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in

  English

  or a related subject

• B.Ed.

  from a well-recognised university
• Education must be completed through

  regular mode

  (distance or correspondence mode not accepted)
• Minimum

  5+ years of teaching experience

  at the secondary/senior secondary level
• Strong command of the English language and literature, with excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Familiarity with the

  ICSE curriculum and its assessment patterns

• Master’s or higher degree holders will be given preference

• The candidate must have a good understanding of

  Islamic principles and values

• Preference will be given to

  immediate joiners
