Job Description

Job Title: Assistant to Director (English Stenographer)

Responsibilities:

  • Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe accurately.
  • Draft and type letters, reports, and official documents.
  • Record minutes of meetings and maintain records.
  • Handle correspondence and confidential documents with utmost confidentiality.
  • Provide direct clerical and administrative support to the Director.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication on behalf of the Director.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in shorthand.
  • Strong command of English (written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and document formatting.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
