We are Hiring!!!Quantity Surveyor for Kollam, Kerala Job Responsibility: 1. Cost Estimation and Control: · Accurate cost estimation for road projects. · Continuous monitoring and control of project costs. 2. Quantity Measurement: · Precise measurement of materials and labor. · Regular quantity surveys for accurate project assessment. 3. Contract Management: · Effective administration of contracts. · Oversight of variations and compliance. 4. Budget Adherence: · Ensure projects align with approved budgets. · Proactive measures to control expenses. 5. Documentation and Reporting: · Maintain comprehensive project records. · Timely reporting on cost and progress. 6. Risk Assessment: · Identify and mitigate potential cost and schedule risks. · Implement strategies to minimize project risks. Qualification: · B. Tech in Civil Engineering with 7-12 years of relevant experience.
