About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and talented English Speaking Trainer who can train students in spoken English, grammar, personality development, and communication skills. The candidate will also handle counselling duties by guiding students about our courses and helping them with admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Teaching

• Conduct classes for Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills.
• Teach students in an interactive, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, and practice sessions.
• Help students improve pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.
• Monitor student progress and share feedback regularly.

2. Admission Counselling

• Attend walk-ins and provide clear information about courses and career opportunities.
• Guide students/parents in choosing the right course based on their goals.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain records of counselling sessions and admissions.

3. Coordination & Support

• Support the center in organizing demo classes, workshops, and events.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Work closely with the management to achieve admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong command over English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach students of different age groups.
• Pleasant personality, patience, and student-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
• Experience in training or counselling is an added advantage.
