Job Role As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our existing client base. This is not a cold-calling job — you will engage with: Existing customers to maintain relationships and explore new opportunities Past customers to understand why they left and offer them tailored solutions to win them back Your communication will mostly be via phone and email, with full support and training provided on our services and tools. Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with existing and past clients based in the UK Rebuild relationships with lost clients and understand their current needs Update CRM systems with client feedback and next steps Collaborate with internal teams to offer suitable solutions and quotations Achieve monthly outreach and reconversion targets Send follow-up emails and proposals when needed Maintain a professional tone in all client communications Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport Basic understanding of sales or customer engagement Comfortable working in UK hours (1 PM – 10 PM IST) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Sound like you?
