Job Title: English & Soft Skill Trainer

Location: Aluva, Kochi

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Probation Period: 6 months (Salary revision post-probation)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English & Soft Skill Trainer with a minimum of 6 months of experience in soft skills and communication training. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over English, strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on English communication, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette.
• Design and deliver engaging learning content for both in-person and online training formats.
• Assess the needs of participants and customize training methods accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage active participation and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain training records and provide reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in soft skill and communication training.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication or related fields (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching style accordingly.
