Role Description

This is a full-time role for an English Language Trainer, based on-site in Indore. The English Language Trainer will be responsible for teaching English, developing teaching materials, conducting language classes, and providing personalized support to students. Additionally, the Trainer will assess student progress, create a positive and encouraging learning environment, and continuously refine teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching
• Experience in Education and developing educational materials
• Strong Writing skills for creating course content and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing or understanding of marketing terminology is a plus
