You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Training the aspirants on an integrated module including English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. All modules will be readily available for your reference. - Conducting post-placement counselling sessions for aspirants to provide guidance and support. - Assisting the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants to evaluate their progress and performance. - Creating and publishing the complete Training plan/calendar of the centre to ensure transparency and effective scheduling. - Collaborating with guest lecturers and industry experts to facilitate field visits as a part of the sector Readiness module for the aspirants. - Providing handholding support to aspirants at the workplace for a short duration after their placement to help them transition smoothly. - Assisting the centre in various other tasks as required to contribute to its overall efficiency and effectiveness.,
