Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Faculty/Teacher at CGBMentors' Noida location. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing curriculum and delivering lectures on English language and comprehension. Key responsibilities include creating course materials, guiding students in exam preparation, conducting tests, offering individual feedback, and ensuring clarity in concepts. The role also involves assisting students in strengthening their written English as well as practicing language skills required for competitive exams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Language Proficiency, including Grammar, Comprehension, and Vocabulary Development
• Experience in Curriculum Development, Academic Content Writing, and Lesson Planning
• Ability to evaluate student progress through creating and assessing structured assessments
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively engage and inspire learners
• Proficiency in facilitating exam-oriented coaching for competitive exams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field (teaching certification is a plus)
• Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred
