Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an English Faculty (Mentor). The English Faculty will be responsible for teaching English, developing curriculum, and integrating literature into the learning process. Daily tasks will include preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and mentoring students to succeed in their job placements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching skills
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Literature
• Knowledge in English Literature
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field
