Job Purpose: To support content creation and editing for Max network websites, ensuring high-quality material aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Writing and Editing: Create and edit written content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and website content. Researching and fact-checking: Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy. SEO Optimization: Optimize content with relevant keywords for search engines. Content Planning: Assist in developing content calendars and strategies to maintain a consistent flow of high-quality material. Collaboration: Work closely with team members (editors, designers, and marketing professionals) to align content with business goals. Relevant experience in healthcare or medical fields is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Execution Measures: Improve content quality across Max Network websites. Increase the number of content pieces delivered month on month. Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Graduate Experience: More than 3 years of experience in content writing, sales, or marketing. Behavioral Skills: Strong understanding of business and market dynamics. Teamwork and interpersonal communication. Leadership qualities and personal effectiveness. Result-oriented focus. Technical Skills: Proven experience as a content writer or similar role. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex information. Proficiency in SEO and content optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
