Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on English language proficiency and soft skills to students or professionals in Bhubaneswar. Your key responsibilities will include designing and conducting engaging sessions on grammar, vocabulary, spoken English, and soft skills like communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. You will assess trainees" performance, customize training modules, provide feedback for improvement, and maintain training records. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an English and/or soft skills trainer. A certification in soft skills training or English language teaching would be a plus. You must have a strong command of the English language, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in training tools and digital platforms like Zoom and MS Teams. Preferred qualifications include experience in corporate training or educational institutions, knowledge of regional languages such as Odia, and strong organizational and time management skills.
