Engineer/Sr. Engineer Program Management from EMS Industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To interact with clients on a regular basis and understand the requirements
• To participate in CFT activities
• Provide technical support to the Customer and also to the internal manufacturing.
• To understand the demands of the customer and to full fill on a timely schedule
• To create the sale order with due date in SAP
• To acknowledge order to Customer and to give the Delivery schedule based on the Material lead time and production turnaround time.
• To raise Purchase request to Purchase team to order required parts as per BOM.
• To follow-up with Engineering team to create RIKUN production package and to ensure NPI process is initiated.
• Need to submit NRE requirement to customer for new products.
• Co-ordinate with the internal departments and give the necessary documentation / information from the customer.
• To follow-up with Purchase team to get the material CTB for ordered materials.
• Ensure the demand for manufacturing is given and the materials are in control to meet the demand from customer
• To Coordinate with planning team to allocate plan for production.
• To follow-up with planning and production team to ensure production is going as per plan.
• To dispatch the product shipment, to share the tracking details to customer & to ensure shipment delivered at customer place.
• To maintain Open order tracker, OTD.
• To ensure all dispatches are made as per customer requirements.

Skill :

• Strong Knowledge in EMS process.
• Customer orientated approach to all tasks
• Ability to develop strong working relationships
• Strong people management skills, should be able to lead CFT.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to prepare Dept SOPs, Customer reports, QBR.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands
• Strong task and project leadership skills, identifying what is important
• Strong capability in project planning and task identification
• Ability to derive resource and revenue budgets from project plan
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently

Preferred Candidates

Experience in EMS industry background is must,
