Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Automotive, Healthcare, Industrial and Marine segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Monitor analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and sales account mgmt.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain basics is an advantage.
Self-starter with high energy and drive to succeed.
Comfortable with domestic and international travel for client visits and trade shows.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
