Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer based in Haridwar. The selected candidate will oversee and execute engineering projects, conduct maintenance and optimization of equipment and systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include managing manufacturing and mechanical engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and utilizing analytical skills for problem-solving. The Engineer will also contribute to project management efforts and ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles and practices to troubleshoot and improve complex systems.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of engineering projects effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess technical requirements and resolve issues while optimizing performance.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, and effectively conveying technical information.
• Additional qualifications like a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and prior relevant experience are highly desirable.
• An understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations in engineering operations will be an asset.
