Engineering Tech Lead

Alongside products, it provides consulting and implementation services in AI/ML, custom software, cloud/DevOps, analytics, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring smooth execution of development projects.
• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture to deployment.
• Work closely with the founding and product teams to align technology goals with business objectives.
• Guide the team in problem-solving, coding best practices, and performance optimization.
• Review and improve system design, code quality, and development workflows.
• Provide technical direction and contribute actively to backend development using Node.js and/or Golang.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Golang; experience with Django is a plus.
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior startup experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in an agile environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,516,382.46 - ₹2,862,800.73 per year
