Engineering Tech Lead

As an experienced Engineering Technical Lead at Andortech, you will be working with a leading Oil & Gas client in Pune. Your role will involve: - Leading multi-discipline engineering teams and ensuring effective coordination among team members. - Working closely with third-party contractors to ensure project success. - Handling engineering contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), Management of Change (MoC), Technical Queries (TQs), and deviations effectively. - Applying international standards and project processes to ensure quality and compliance. - Clear and concise communication with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Key Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters in Chemical, Process, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. - Chartered/Registered Engineer preferred. - Minimum 7 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or refining industries. - Strong exposure to Capital Projects, including Concept Selection, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and Detailed Design.
