Job Description

 Job  
 Utility Maintenance Mechanical Engineer 
 Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, equipment, and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues in utility systems such as Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions and improvements
  • Manage and execute complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, instrumentation, and operations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, procedures, and reports.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid costly repairs and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor utility systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain the detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Lead maintenance teams, coordinate schedules, and oversee specific areas of utility maintenance.
  • Provide support to staff and customers, sharing expertise and assisting in training activities.

    •  Qualification & : 
  • Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
  • Technical
    Skills:
  • Proficiency in Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • ExperiencePrevious experience in utility maintenance (Minimum 5 ~ 6 years) or a related field.
  • Problem-SolvingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to DetailAbility to conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • CommunicationGood communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager

    •  Work Experience  
  • Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
  • Technical
