Description
As an Engineering Sr Lead Analyst at CTI Enterprise Analytics Services (EAS) in Citi, your role involves collaborating with engineering & support teams, data owners, and data scientists to support data and analytics projects. You will contribute to application architecture, design, and development by focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions for business critical applications used globally. Your prior experience in building enterprise-grade applications using modern technology stacks will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership & delivery by developing a technical and architectural vision for a critical automation framework. - Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. - Continuously evaluate and upgrade industry-leading tools and technologies to meet future volume demands and modernize the architecture. - Lead and mentor a large development team spread across multiple geo-locations and time zones. - Champion the implementation of robust Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and cloud automation for service provisioning on platforms like GCP, AWS, and OpenAI. - Design and implement a centralized observability solution to automatically collect and consume platform and service utilization metrics, ensuring maximum resiliency and 24/7 uptime. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in product/framework development, design, and team leadership - Experience in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Deep technical expertise in modern microservices architecture and container orchestration using OpenShift and Kubernetes - Hands-on proficiency with technology stack, including Java, Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Terraform, and Ansible - Strong experience in implementing and driving SRE practices - Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience with provisioning automation on GCP, AWS, and/or OpenAI - Ability to explore and integrate AI technologies to improve development processes and time to market - Experience in designing and building centralized observability solutions and a solid understanding of metrics collection - Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills and clear communication abilities Nice to have: - Experience in large scale data warehouse implementations and knowledge of ETL technologies - Experience with virtualization and containerization - Experience in creating Ansible playbooks Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred If you require a reasonable accommodation due to a disability to use search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review Citi's Accessibility policy.
