Engineering Senior Lead Analyst

As an Engineering Sr Lead Analyst in the CTI Enterprise Analytics Services (EAS) organization, your role will involve collaborating with engineering & support teams, data owners, and data scientists to support data and analytics projects. You will be responsible for contributing to application architecture, design, and development with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions. Your prior hands-on experience with building enterprise-grade applications using modern technology stacks will be essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical and architectural vision for a critical automation framework - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with the organization roadmap - Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks - Continuously evaluate and upgrade to industry-leading tools and technologies - Lead and mentor a large development team spread across multiple geo-locations - Champion and drive the implementation of robust Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices - Design and implement a centralized observability solution for platform and service utilization metrics **Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience in product/framework development, design, and team leadership - Experience in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Deep technical expertise in modern microservices architecture and container orchestration - Hands-on proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Terraform, and Ansible - Strong experience in implementing and driving SRE practices - Knowledge of cloud platforms and provisioning automation on GCP, AWS, and/or OpenAI - Ability to explore and integrate AI technologies for development processes - Experience in designing and building centralized observability solutions - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated analytic and diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement **Nice to have:** - Experience in large-scale data warehouse implementations and ETL technologies - Experience with virtualization and containerization - Experience in creating Ansible playbooks If you are looking for a challenging role where you can demonstrate your technical expertise and leadership skills in a global environment, this position as an Engineering Sr Lead Analyst could be the perfect fit for you.,
