Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

Program Manager

with deep expertise in managing embedded software and hardware programs across the full product lifecycle from concept through launch. This is an ideal opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in high-complexity environments and can drive execution across diverse, cross-functional teams.

What you ll do

Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and manufacturing workflows.
Own end-to-end program delivery, from requirements definition and planning to execution and launch.
Act as the central point of coordination between hardware, software, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive alignment across stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate with regulatory certification agencies to define certification pathways and ensure compliance with launch timelines.
Monitor program health, track KPIs, and report status to leadership with clarity and confidence.

Technically fluent, ideally with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.

Comfortable working across geographies and time zones, with strong collaboration skills.
