Streamline has been offering software in the behavioral health marketplace since 2003. Streamline has built and maintains systems for some of the premier behavioral health organizations in United States of America, using the latest web-based technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and development staff on requirements, design, estimates, and acceptance testing
  • Analyze and plan resource allocation required to support the Streamline Technology Roadmap
  • Plan and monitor engineering schedules, and follow up with measures of performance against estimates
  • Recommend and implement new policies and procedures as directed
  • Establish standards for tools, methods, and best practices to be used across development teams
  • Ensure quality software is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with personnel functions, including interviewing, training, review and approval of job descriptions, selection and placement of personnel and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and objectives regarding processes, initiatives, and projects
  • Dedicate time to research and learn new technologies for keeping current with best practices, patterns and relevant technologies
Supervisory responsibilities:
Directly supervises up to ten employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business and at least 5 years in a leadership role with a track record of managing software development teams. Other related fields may be considered in conjunction with comparable work and leadership experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Deep knowledge of all aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns and Architecture Presentation Patterns (MVVM, MVC, MVU)
  • Experience with Microsoft C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, and SQL
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and GIT source control
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and sharp attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work and daily tasks
  • Outstanding work ethic, drive, motivation and commitment to quality results
