About the Role:

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams across web, platform, and AI domains.
• Drive

  technical excellence

  and modern architecture using the

  MERN stack

  and related technologies.
• Collaborate with the

  Principal Architect

  to design and evolve

  cloud-native, scalable

  systems.
• Champion

  AI-first development

  using

  Vibe coding

  ,

  AI coding assistants

  ,

  QA automation

  , and

  intelligent delivery pipelines

  .
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful, data-driven features.
• Build alignment with business leaders, ensuring engineering strategy drives measurable outcomes.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven success building and scaling global, distributed web systems.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, automation, and intelligent product features.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with a bias for action.
• Proficiency with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  Turborepo

• Deep knowledge of
