Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 4-15 or more software engineers in developing products with a focus on back-end engineering - Guide the front-end team with your good understanding of front-end technologies - Drive innovation in full-stack product development to improve performance & scalability - Proactively learn about the system and fuel innovation - Take pride in your work, collaborate with a compact team, and commit to the product vision - Be technically hands-on, with experience in scalable architecture - Inspire your team to achieve their best - Solve real-world problems to make a positive impact - Collaborate closely with stakeholders like the Product Manager Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in developing products with a strong focus on back-end engineering - At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of software engineers - Good understanding of front-end technologies - Experience with MySQL, NoSql, Redis, Python, Linux, AWS/GCP - Proficiency in Python (Django), NodeJs, ReactJS - Knowledge of microservices, RESTful server development, JMS (ActiveMQ, Kafka/RabbitMQ), and NoSql databases - Familiarity with Docker, relational databases, CI/CD (Jenkins), and Git - Exposure to Android APP and ReactJS would be a bonus,
