Job Description

Develop and maintain internal frameworks, SDKs, and reusable components to streamline development across teams. Enhance developer experience (DevEx) by building self-service tooling, automation, and infrastructure improvements. Maintain Kredivos Tech Radar, evaluating new technologies, running PoCs, and guiding adoption. Standardize engineering best practicesAPI design, microservices, CI/CD, and performance tuning. Partner with backend, mobile, data, and security teams to drive organization-wide technology initiatives. Collaborate with DevOps to optimise CI/CD and cloud cost- efficiency while ensuring scalable infrastructure.
