Engineering Leader This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation, enhance system scalability, and mentor engineering teams to build world-class AI-driven applications. Required candidates Profile Minimum 15 years of experience to lead a team of full-stack and backend developer s. strong expertise in software architecture, modern cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with Generative AI. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Leadership: Proven experience in leading engineering teams, setting technology vision, and executing large-scale projects. Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and Java to power cutting-edge products. Design and implement microservices-based, event-driven architectures with RESTful & GraphQL APIs , ensuring seamless user experiences. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability , leveraging caching (Redis), database tuning (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and load balancing strategies . Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments across AWS, GCP, or Azure to support continuous innovation. Implement security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OWASP) while ensuring compliance with industry standards for scalable product security . Guide teams in writing high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and test-driven code (Jest, Mocha, JUnit) to support long-term product evolution . Lead frontend architecture decisions, focusing on SSR, hydration strategies, and component-based design to enhance performance and user engagement. Drive observability and monitoring through logging (ELK, Datadog), tracing, and real-time system insights (Prometheus, Grafana) to improve user experience. Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure and optimize deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) . Stay ahead of emerging technologies , continuously improving system scalability, developer productivity, and product innovation . Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in AI-driven products or SaaS applications. Experience in handling large-scale distributed systems and real-time processing.
