Role Overview

• Lead and guide a team of senior and lead developers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to set project objectives and ensure technology strategy aligns with business goals.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to code review and deployment.
• Create scalable frameworks and define metrics to assess performance and impact. Strategically manage resourcesincluding personnel, hardware, software, and datato achieve project milestones.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in software engineering, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-stack web development teams.
• Deep understanding of contemporary web technologies and software architecture.
• Expertise in project planning, technical design, and code quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to allocate resources effectively and drive projects to completion.
