Engineering Manager - Finance Automation

Your experience, collaborative spirit, and leadership will contribute to our fast-paced growth and groundbreaking achievements. - Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to develop innovative software for Zinnia's stakeholders. - Lead, mentor, hire, and manage a team(s) of engineers to build and maintain solutions. - Set clear goals, identify priorities, manage trade-offs, and develop a technical vision. - Build trust within the team, collaborate across teams, and involve partners in decision-making. - Empower teams with responsibilities, metrics, and support their technical advancement. - Develop team structure aligned with strategy, including performance, development, and hiring. - Promote engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and a supportive environment. - Design and deliver iterative solutions with Product, Design, and Marketing partners. - Collaborate with leadership on technical strategy and adapt to shifting priorities. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, creating and supporting products. - Proven track record of mentoring and developing software engineers" careers. - Ability to set clear goals, manage trade-offs, and drive a technical vision. - Experience in forging collaborative partnerships with product managers and designers. - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and decisions effectively. - Effective communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. - BTech / BE / MCA / MTech / ME or equivalent qualification from reputed institutes.,
