JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to lead a team of software professionals and deliver high-impact technology solutions. You will play a key role in both people and technical leadership, owning project delivery, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale our technology and systems. RESPONSIBILITIES On-time delivery of high-quality, secure, and optimal code Drive technical execution and delivery of complex software projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engineering plans. Developing detailed technical plans for new designs and products. Ownership of architectural decisions and ensuring best practices across the team (code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, etc.) Manage development timelines, resource allocation, code quality and risk mitigation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role. Very strong technical background with experience in full-stack Javascript-based technologies - React/Angular, Node/Express, MongoDB etc. Experience working in agile/scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
