JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our infrastructure, develop and maintain automation pipelines, monitor systems, and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth application deployment and operation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Linux server and networking administration. Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (GCP or AWS) is necessary. Kubernetes: Strong experience with Kubernetes is essential. Docker: Experience working with Docker, including containerization of applications and managing Docker environments. CI/CD Tools: Extensive experience with CI/CD tools. Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus. MongoDB: Experience managing and optimizing MongoDB databases, including configuring and maintaining replica sets. Scripting: Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python). Cross-functional Coordination: Ability to coordinate communications and strategy between cross-functional teams for large initiatives related to production readiness. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to support software development processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of new features and updates. Security and Compliance: Ensure that all systems meet security and compliance requirements by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits. Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of infrastructure, automation processes, and monitoring setups. GKE: Experience working with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Healthcare Domain: Previous experience working in the healthcare domain. GitOps: Strong knowledge of GitOps principles using tools like ArgoCD. MongoDB Atlas: Experience in MongoDB Atlas.
