Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at C2Treds, you will be part of an innovative and growth-driven company dedicated to transforming MSME financial empowerment and shaping India's economic future. Your role will involve leading the development of C2FO's Treds platform, which aims to provide a pioneering financial services solution for over 60 million SMEs in India. We are seeking a candidate with strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills, capable of thinking strategically, inspiring teams, and driving the vision beyond technical aspects. This is a significant opportunity to impact teams, processes, and contribute to empowering India's MSMEs. Your responsibilities will include managing the hiring process for a team of 7 - 10 engineers, offering guidance and feedback to facilitate their growth and productivity, leading technical architecture design and solutions, planning project milestones and delivery timelines, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals, establishing standards for a secure and scalable codebase, and fostering a supportive and diverse team environment. Basic qualifications for this role include proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position, analytical skills for problem-solving, experience in designing technical architecture for large-scale applications, managing a team of at least 4 members, familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes, organizational skills for multitasking, and excellent communication skills. While not mandatory, experience in technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Nest.js, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), RESTful or GraphQL APIs, AWS or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
