Lead by example by being hands on tech stack & tools used by the team

Ensure best coding practices are adopted & followed

Ideal Candidate Profile:
8+ years experience (with recent years of experience being engineering manager or staff engineer)
Strong competencies in software design & architecture along with a deeper understanding of the scalability of distributed systems
Experienced in agile methodologies. Ability to own things with entrepreneurial mindset
Good working knowledge on backend technologies like Java, spring boot, MYSQL, NoSQL, Kafka,
Redis and stakeholder management
