Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our engineering teams. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, modular, and high-performance solutions. You will champion our engineering culture, drive strategic direction, foster strong collaborations, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Development: Provide regular coaching, constructive feedback, and transparency through consistent 1:1s to support individual team growth and career development. Identify and implement areas for improvement to continuously elevate overall team performance. Actively participate in the broader engineering management group, contributing to and driving our evolving engineering culture. Strategic Direction: Clearly define success metrics and goals for your teams, ensuring they are tightly aligned with broader organizational objectives. Partner effectively with other leaders and team members to lead the process for annual and quarterly planning, directly supporting the company's strategic vision. Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with peers, stakeholders across different functions, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Operational Excellence: Oversee critical development processes including sprint planning, resource allocation, and overall project management for your teams. Proactively identify and address technical debt and remove blockers to maintain system reliability, high performance, and overall system health. Required Experience & Skills: Leadership Experience: Minimum 4+ years of team leading or people management experience , including a proven track record of driving and nurturing talent. Software Development Lifecycle: Extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle . Technical Excellence: Must have a strong focus on ensuring solutions built are of high quality, modular, and with high performance. Strong analytical skills and proven experience in investigating and tracing root causes for complex issues. Agile Methodologies: Experience in managing Agile teams . Technical Background (Ideal): Ideally, you have been a successful developer previously with hands-on experience in C# .NET and/or Python , and FrontEnd technologies such as React . Cloud-Native & Containerization: Proven experience with applications running on Kubernetes clusters . Expertise in utilizing RESTful APIs in Microsoft Azure . Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerized applications . Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Team Development: Demonstrated experience in fostering inclusive and highly effective teams.
